Update on Latest Book Projects

Castaways a Young Adult Romance novel

Perhaps you’ve noticed
I’ve completely redesigned my website! What do you think of it?

A wonderful reader over in the Amazon discussions just asked for the latest update on my books, so I thought I’d put most of my reply here. Here’s the latest:

I’ve finished polishing up a young adult novelette named Castaways. I actually wrote it long ago, when I was eighteen. Although the story remains the same, it has been rewritten a number of times. At the end, I included a little about my experience living and traveling on a sailboat when I was a teenager. Right now, we’re just waiting for a final beta reader to finish reading it, and then it will be published. A very short, humorous children’s story will be published about the same time.

I’m halfway finished writing the sequel to Ice Baron. Yea! It’s called Ice Master. Unfortunately, while parts of the story are flowing quite well, one important part is just not. I’ve set it aside for a bit, and am currently working hard on polishing up several other manuscripts so they can be published.

Books that are fairly close to being published are 1) a historical regency romance (working title Barbarian, but that will definitely change), and 2) an end-times, apocalyptic Christian novel named Beyond the Rapture. I’d love it if one of them could be published before Christmas, but I don’t know if that’s logistically possible. However, certainly within the next several months.

Also, The Commander’s Desire has been revised and updated, and is now available in the new edition. It’s also now available in audio book format from Audible and iTunes. I’m looking for beta “listeners” for that one, so if anyone is interested, please contact me.

On a final note, I’m also looking for a few new beta readers for my new books. Readers who have enjoyed any of my previously published romance novels would probably be best suited to apply. If you are interested, please contact me. I’d love to hear from you!

I wish I had more hours in the day to complete these projects! I appreciate very much how patiently you have all been waiting for my next books. It means so much to me, and is such an encouragement to keep going! 🙂

Thank you again for reading.

All the best,

Jennette
